Animation for the ESTI Academy Game, a live workshop designed to help participants navigate the complexities of innovation ecosystems. The goal was to visualize the friction and strategic shifts required when multiple organizations collaborate.

I handled the entire creative process from start to finish. Developing the storyboard, creating all the original artwork and animating every scene.
