Motion Design branding
For Dutch Design Week 2019, the theme was 'If not now, then when?'. We needed an identity that felt urgent and impossible to ignore.
Working with Yorit Kluitman and Johan Moorman, we designed the branding for an urgent and activating message. My role was to translate that urgency into motion. Using bright colors and energetic, stacking, repeating loops, I created animations that felt "in your face." The motion language acted like a blinking warning light, ensuring the festival's message was driven home on every screen across the city.


The manifesto video set the tone for the whole festival. From the opening event to social feeds, this is how we introduced the theme. With sound design by Yskid Beats.
